Coaching is a process. It is about exploration, discovery, planning, taking action, and celebrating your accomplishments. It is most often telephone-based and is conducted via mutually scheduled sessions. Typical clients average two to three sessions a month with some people preferring four early in the relationship.

In this trust-based partnership, you choose each session’s focus. Your coach is trained to listen, observe, ask powerful questions and offer related expertise when appropriate. As a categorical ally, your coach continually supports you as you identify creative and resourceful approaches and solutions.
For whatever reason you desire change, coaching generates the clarity for taking steps on a journey to see new options for what you want. There are always options, even when you can’t see a single one.
