Working collaboratively, I help clients get excited about WHO they are, and WHAT can still be. With confidence and uncompromising trust, I build partnerships that:
- Challenge people to take positive action
- Encourage exploring and discovery
- Allow you to become inspired
I enjoy co-creating with individuals who are committed to enhancing their lives, drawing on my ability to connect with people and circumstances and quickly get to “the heart of the matter.” My communication style is direct, with humor and compassion, and what it takes to stimulate people in transition.
A self-belief advocate, I respect that each of us has the right to think, feel and act in ways that help us be the person we are here to be. I appreciate distinctions between “doing” and “being.” Additionally, I:
- Embolden clients to embrace creativity, optimism, and moving forward
- Re-inspire individuals to do more with what they are great at doing
- Spur people ready to overcome obstacles to create truly rewarding life experiences
Becoming a coach was not a decision; it was a discovery. For over two decades I have coached people from all walks of life. Yet it was cumulative exposure to people, driven at any cost to succeed, that allowed me to realize the only thing between me and my dreams were roadblocks I enabled. I became defined by the corporate world and its expectations, rather than who I was/am. Put simply, I lost my “true” self. My own journey around these roadblocks awakened me to possibilities I didn’t know existed. Today, as a coach, I help others gain clarity about themselves, and their dreams and goals.
I am a Coach University graduate (CUG), credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), and a past president of the state chapter. I earned a B.S. Degree in Economics and Finance, and an Executive M.B.A. Deep business knowledge and a proven gift of helping individuals, enables me to guide clients to breakthroughs.
To get started, I offer a complimentary 45-minute coaching session for us to become better acquainted, to determine if coaching is right for you, and to feel the “chemistry” needed for us to work together.
